HireProfile

Terms of Use

Last updated August 25, 2026

1. What HireProfile is

HireProfile is a planning tool operated by Right People Co., a DBA of Guide MKTG LLC ("we", "us"). It analyzes a role you describe and returns a structured report about what that work tends to demand, intended to help you write a job post, set expectations, and prepare interview questions.

By using HireProfile you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What HireProfile is not, and permitted use

HireProfile profiles roles, not people. It is not a candidate assessment, screening, ranking, or selection tool, and it does not evaluate any individual.

You agree that you will not use HireProfile or its output to:

  • screen, rank, score, filter, reject, or evaluate any job applicant or employee;
  • make or substantially inform any hiring, promotion, discipline, or termination decision about a specific person;
  • infer or act on any protected characteristic of any individual; or
  • substitute for a validated employment assessment where one is required.

Using the output in any of these ways is a breach of these terms and is done entirely at your own risk.

3. Hiring depends on far more than this

A personality profile of a role captures a narrow slice of what makes a hire succeed or fail. Skills, technical ability, experience, references, training, onboarding, compensation, management quality, team dynamics, workload, timing, and plain circumstance all bear on outcomes, and most of them matter more than personality.

The frameworks referenced in reports vary considerably in scientific validity and predictive power. They describe tendencies, not fixed categories of people. Reports are informational only and are not professional, legal, psychological, or HR advice, and no professional or advisory relationship is created by your use of HireProfile.

4. Reports are AI-assisted

Reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence against a fixed framework schema. Output is probabilistic: it may contain errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, and running the same role twice may produce different wording or differently ordered results. Always apply your own judgment. Do not rely on a report as a statement of fact.

5. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your hiring practices and decisions, and for complying with all laws that apply to you. Depending on where you operate that may include Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, state and local fair employment laws, and rules governing automated or AI-assisted employment tools, including but not limited to New York City Local Law 144, the Colorado AI Act, and the EU AI Act.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the role information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not submit confidential information about identifiable individuals.

6. No warranties

HireProfile is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any report will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, hiring costs, turnover costs, or claims brought against you by any third party, arising out of or relating to your use of HireProfile, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to HireProfile will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Right People Co., Guide MKTG LLC, and their owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of HireProfile, your hiring practices or decisions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

9. Accounts, availability, and changes

Access is currently by invitation. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue HireProfile or any part of it without notice. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the role information you submit. You may use the reports you generate for your own internal business purposes. The HireProfile software, design, prompts, and framework schema remain ours. Framework names referenced in reports, including CliftonStrengths, Myers-Briggs, and Working Genius, are the property of their respective owners; HireProfile is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Contact
